Cammy’s Comic-Con Corner: WonderCon 2010!
Posted by readmin in Weekly Reviews on February 21st, 2010

That’s right all you crazy cats & kittens! This year I’m not only attending Comic-Con International in July, but I’m kicking-off the comic convention season in style come April with coverage of WonderCon in San Francisco! I’ll be popping my WonderCon cherry, and filming every minute of it for your enjoyment! However, since this convention isn’t in my own backyard like Comic-Con International is, I might require a little assistance getting there.
That’s where you, the loyal viewers come in; If you’re a fan of the show and enjoy the content I put out on a weekly, sometimes daily basis, and want to help me get to San Francisco in one piece, any donation would be immensely appreciated! I’m not going to be spending this money on rent, hookers, or blow, but on the necessities such as food & gas. I could sell my body on the streets (afterall, my milkshake does bring all the boys to the yard), but lord only knows what kind of diseases my ex-girlfriend gave me!
If you do decide to donate, you will be receiving a random prize-pack of items from WonderCon, and things from my own personal longbox! The possibilities are endless, and I already have some sweet loot to give away. So for helping me out, I’ll be rewarding you for being such a kind and gentle spirit, helping a fellow fanboy go the distance. Also, if you’re comfortable with it, I’ll include your name on the special THANK YOU list in the the credits, and your name will live-on forever across the interwebs! It could be $1, it could be $5, every little bit helps.

Throughout the Comic-Con madness, I have time to scrape together a regular review episode! Fast Five picks include Uncanny X-Men #500 (Marvel), Green Lantern Corps #26 (DC), Black Summer #7 (Avatar), Joker’s Asylum: Scarecrow (DC), and Invincible #51 (Image).
If you’re unaware, I’ve been reporting daily from the panels I attended at the Comic-Con, so for those episodes just look for Cammy’s Comic-Con Corner, Wednesday-Friday (and eventually Saturday and Sunday).
