Cammy’s Comic-Con Corner: WonderCon 2010!

That’s right all you crazy cats & kittens! This year I’m not only attending Comic-Con International in July, but I’m kicking-off the comic convention season in style come April with coverage of WonderCon in San Francisco! I’ll be popping my WonderCon cherry, and filming every minute of it for your enjoyment! However, since this convention isn’t in my own backyard like Comic-Con International is, I might require a little assistance getting there.
That’s where you, the loyal viewers come in; If you’re a fan of the show and enjoy the content I put out on a weekly, sometimes daily basis, and want to help me get to San Francisco in one piece, any donation would be immensely appreciated! I’m not going to be spending this money on rent, hookers, or blow, but on the necessities such as food & gas. I could sell my body on the streets (afterall, my milkshake does bring all the boys to the yard), but lord only knows what kind of diseases my ex-girlfriend gave me!
If you do decide to donate, you will be receiving a random prize-pack of items from WonderCon, and things from my own personal longbox! New Format Change
Alas, with the 100th review episode of Cammy’s Comic Corner this week, I’ve decided to make some changes. Only slight ones, I assure you, but the major one being why there isn’t an episode out today.
With school, work, and the podcast all being juggled at once, occasionally one will collide with another and send all the pieces tumbling down. Myself being no juggler or circus performer, it was bound to happen.
So from now on, starting with the 100th review episode this week, Cammy’s Comic Corner will no longer be released every Friday, but every Sunday instead. That way I’ll have more free time to read, choose, film, and edit the weekly podcast and won’t feel as rushed.
I love comics, and I love putting out the podcast for you guys and letting you know what I think. I’ve been doing it for the past three years now, and I plan on doing it for many years more.
Thanks to you all for watching and understanding why I have to flip the days around.

For the longest time, every episode from 50 onwards was available on the site. Now, thanks to me having too much free time on my hands, every single episode of Cammy’s Comic Corner is archived.
It brought back great memories as I was doing this; Comic-Con 2008, being sponsored by Virgin Comics, and loving these new series called The Sword and The Umbrella Academy.

My “excuse” why there wasn’t an episode today
Okay, so this case I’m a juror for is going to probably, hopefully wrap-up on Monday. However, that’s where I was this morning, hence no episode today.
However,
It was a very light week. So light, that I don’t even have a Fast Five! for the week. I might release an episode regardless on Sunday, but I’m not promising anything.
In other news, The details are all very hush-hush right now, but I’ve been talking to some creators regarding some interviews during Comic-Con later this month, and so far so good.
So just remember to keep an eye out for the Comic-Con episode.
No Review Show Friday
Heads-up people;
I was chosen to sit on a jury today, and this case might go on longer for a week.
Therefore, I won’t have time to do a review show this Friday HOWEVER, I’ll release the Book Of The Month episode for July instead. When I find time over the weekend, I’ll do written reviews for the week.

I apologize to you all for not releasing a Sunday “.5″ episode as promised; work came up. It’ll be out tomorrow though, not to worry!
